The online application is designed to save time. The information keyed in by the school for one course will then automatically be filled in on another application for the same student and used to create the online registers. There is an application tracking dashboard so you can monitor all the applications for many different students on one screen, and the moment the Borough or provider makes a decision or asks for more information then you will know. The moment you submit an application it then appears in the Borough or provider’s dashboard.
A user guide on how to complete the application can be downloaded/printed from the ARC web tool by clicking Offsite Learning then the Documents tab.
The length of time taken to process an application can vary depending on the availability of places, the provider’s process and the quality of information provided by the school. Many application form fields are optional, but they can help get your application through the process quicker so we recommend supplying as much information as you can.
